2. License

Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Limn for personal or internal business use.

3. User Content and Exports

You retain rights to music and content you create with Limn. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate applicable laws or third-party rights.

4. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

- reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law;
- use the app for unlawful or infringing activity;
- interfere with app operation or security.

5. Third-Party Platforms

App distribution and billing may be handled by Apple and subject to Apple’s terms. Your use of those services is governed by their policies.

6. Disclaimer

Limn is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app.

8. Changes and Termination

We may update or discontinue features and may revise these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
